Upcoming 7-Day Yoga Retreat: A Journey to Balance and Renewal
Join me for a transformative 7-day yoga retreat where we will explore the art of balance between effort and ease, movement and stillness, and connection between body, mind, and spirit. Set in a serene, natural location, this retreat offers an opportunity to disconnect from the hustle of daily life and immerse yourself in mindful yoga practice, meditation, and self-reflection.

7-Day Retreat Itinerary:
Day 1: Arrival & Grounding
Morning: Arrival and check-in at the retreat location, welcome tea, and orientation.
Afternoon: Gentle Restorative yoga to ground after travel, followed by a group welcome circle and intention setting for the retreat.
Evening: Group dinner and a calming guided meditation.
Day 2: Awakening the Body
Morning: Hatha yoga session focused on building strength and flexibility, followed by a breathwork session.
Afternoon: Free time for nature walks, reflection, or relaxing by the pool.
Evening: Yin yoga to release tension and create deep relaxation.
Day 3: Flow & Focus
Morning: Energizing Vinyasa Flow practice to build heat, focus, and mental clarity, followed by a mindful walking meditation in nature.
Afternoon: Workshop on yoga philosophy, focusing on the Yamas and Niyamas (ethical principles).
Evening: Restorative yoga to support recovery and balance the active morning practice.
Day 4: Deepening the Practice
Morning: Hatha yoga with a focus on alignment and core strength, followed by Pranayama techniques to deepen the breath.
Afternoon: Free time to journal or explore the local area, followed by an optional group activity (e.g., a guided nature walk or visit to a nearby landmark).
Evening: Yoga Nidra (guided deep relaxation) to foster deep rest and rejuvenation.
Day 5: Connecting Within
Morning: Gentle Vinyasa flow combined with mindfulness meditation.
Afternoon: Workshop on self-care and mindful living, where participants can explore how to integrate yogic principles into daily life.
Evening: Yin yoga, focusing on surrendering and letting go, followed by a sound bath or guided meditation.
Day 6: Reflection & Integration
– Morning: Hatha yoga practice with time for reflection on personal progress and intentions.
Afternoon: Free time for personal activities (e.g., journaling, enjoying the retreat amenities, or connecting with fellow participants).Evening: Restorative yoga and closing circle, where participants can share their experiences and insights.
Day 7: Departure with Gratitude
Morning: Final group yoga practice (combining elements of Hatha and Vinyasa) to celebrate the journey and prepare for the return home.
Afternoon: Light lunch, farewells, and departure.
This retreat is designed to provide balance, nurture personal growth, and create a space for deep rest and renewal. By the end of the retreat, participants will leave feeling refreshed, centered, and inspired to continue their yoga journey with renewed energy and focus.
